Our spicy fluffy dough recipe is a savoury take on popular street sweet snack. This sweet and spicy delicious dough comes with toppings inspired by nutty Yaji/suya spice rub; a popular dry rub used in Ghana and Nigeria and onion and her mix inspired by flavours of Kushari- a lentil and rice dish from Egypt-, a blend the parsley, garlic and crispy onions. The popular can be seen frying in many street stalls across the continent and are best eaten warm.
