MICROWAVE
From Frozen
800W: 6 mins
900W: 5.5 mins
Chilled: 4 mins
Remove the lid from the food container and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Cover the plate with a microwave-safe cling film or lid. Microwave on full power (800W) for 6 minutes if frozen or 5 minutes if chilled, stirring halfway through. Take out of the microwave and stir the food. Leave to stand for a minute (be careful of the steam!) – make sure your food is piping hot before eating.
OVEN
From Frozen
10-12 mins, Oven:
190°C, Fan: 170°C
Gas: Gas Mark 5
From Frozen: Time:12-15 mins Temp: 190°C, Fan 170°C Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 5. Remove lid and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven, Cover with aluminium foil and heat for 10-12mins. Carefully take out of oven and stir through. Allow to stand for 2 minute before serving – Ensure sure your food is piping hot before eating.
