We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. We accept return on condiments with 14 days of delivery, however no returns on any frozen meals. Please contact us for returns, with photo of the damaged item.

You can adjust the date your refill order ships by clicking the 'Adjust Date' button with the calendar icon next to it. From there, select the day that you would like your next refill order to process!

Still working through some ready meal? No problem - you can skip your next refill. Here's how:
1. Login to your account dashboard.
2. Click AFB Box to go to the subscription you'd like to skip.
3. Click the Skip button under the Edit button to skip your next refill!
Note: To look at your upcoming refill schedules, click the Refill Schedule under AFB Box in the menu on the left, and you can see all the upcoming refill dates! -
PLEASE NOTE: In order to receive your new meals in your next refill, please change them BEFORE your next refill order is processed. Refills are processed at 12pm the day your subscription is set to renew. You'll be receiving an email notification 3 days prior to your subscription refill processing.
You can change your preferred scents at any time in your account dashboard!
1. Login to your account dashboard.
2. Click EDIT under "AFB Box" with the associated subscription you want to edit.
3. Update your scents accordingly clicking the "+" or "-" sign — make sure to click SAVE at
the bottom or top of the box.
4. Sit back and relax!
