All our meal are cooked completely, and frozen to keep the freshness. Our food is prepared fully cooked, making it easier for you as you simply need to heat it up! Please follow these cooking instructions carefully for the tastiest results. Please note: All appliances vary. These instructions are guidelines only, Ensure your food is piping hot before eating.

MICROWAVE

From Frozen
800W: 7 mins
900W: 6 mins
Chilled: 4 mins

Remove the lid from the food container and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Cover the plate with a microwave-safe cling film or lid. Microwave on full power (800W) for 6.5 minutes if frozen or 4 minutes if chilled, stirring halfway through. Take out of the microwave and stir the food. Leave to stand for a minute (be careful of the steam!) – make sure your food is piping hot before eating.

OVEN

From Frozen
12 mins, Oven:
190°C, Fan: 170°C
Gas: Gas Mark 5

From Frozen: Time:12-15 mins Temp: 190°C, Fan 170°C Preheat oven to 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas Mark 5. Remove lid and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven, Cover with aluminium foil and heat for 30-35mins. Carefully take out of oven and stir through. Allow to stand for 2 minute before serving – Ensure sure your food is piping hot before eating.

HOB

From Frozen: Remove lid and empty content to a Pot. Cook for 5 mins from frozen or chilled- Carefully add 2 tbsp of cold water, gently stir over a low to medium heat until the product is cooked through. During cooking add a little more water if required.Stir and remove from pan – make sure your food is piping hot before eating.
